Each season, parents and guardians are invited to participate in the BHS Softball Booster Club.

The BHS Softball Booster Club supports the team and coaches in a variety of ways. We organize fundraising activities and provide supplementary equipment and training that are aligned with the goals of the program.

To offset operating costs for the program, the suggested donation for the season is $200 per player. Booster Club participation is encouraged but not required to participate in the softball program.

The Booster Club supports the following items which are not covered by the high school or the school district:

• Team gatherings – we try to do a couple of dinners dinners throughout the season (hosted by parents)

• Team bonding activities

• Support of Bellevue West Little League Softball Clinic

• Winter training – cage rentals for hitting in the offseason

• Software (GameChanger) – used to follow the games when fans can’t be physically present at games. This is used for statistics as well.

• Website hosting costs

• Banners

• Senior night gifts

• End of year banquet

• Coach gifts
